If you see quality CVs with potential but currently isolated, use technology. Telephone interview initially, then arrange a video link call using Zoom, Go To, Skype, FaceTime, Teams… to name a few. We are in the 21st century so think how you can continue to remain productive, and not allow this pandemic to hinder growth. By the time you have a 2nd face to face video call for example, it’ll be 4-6 weeks down the line anyhow….so don’t Stop and Worry, Fight!
